Sizing: Feels true to size

Width: Feels true to width

Pros: Good traction

Cons: Heavier than microspikes, Spikes lost on granite

I have used the Stablicers for one winter of hiking in New England, say 15 hikes. They provide good traction in snow and on ice; I feel safer than in bare boots. On bare ice atop peaks they do fine. They are much heavier than microspikes; I notice the extra weight on my feet. They are easy to put on and take off; the velcro straps work well even in snowy conditions. The screws on the bottom started to come out after a few hikes; now I lose ~2 on each hike. I bought a bag of extra screws. However, the replacements are not as tight as the originals. In summary, Stabilicers provide good traction, which is why I bought them, but they are heavier than microspikes and lose some of their screws on trails with granite.
